Folkert has worked his full professional career of over 20 years in the field of evaluation of pharmaceuticals for reimbursement. He worked at the Healthcare Insurance Board (ZIN) in several roles, including as deputy secretary of the Dutch reimbursement committee. With his consulting company he has supported numerous companies in their efforts to obtain reimbursement for their pharmaceuticals.
