- Enhance the teams’ negotiation skills (written and oral) by proactively practicing with local and international proxy & actual payers
- Leverage cross-fertilization between country teams
- Switch from a pricing discussion to a value-based conversation for a set of targeted population
- Design of a coherent international P&R strategy
